Accessibility Statement
Rich Direction’s accessibility objective, reporting process, and known limitations.
Development objective
Rich Direction is working to provide accessible website content and digital resources and uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a development objective. Accessibility is an ongoing design, content, testing, and maintenance process, not a certification or a claim of complete conformance.
Implemented practices and completed review
The current theme includes semantic landmarks and headings, a skip link, keyboard-visible focus, labeled form controls, live result and status regions, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, printable calculator results, and controls for optional cookies. Manual review has covered keyboard navigation, focus behavior, 200 percent zoom, narrow mobile layouts, selected desktop and mobile browsers, controlled-download interactions, and representative calculator and amortization-table behavior.
The Excel workbook has been reviewed in desktop Excel for clean opening, readable layout, input identification, internal and external links, worksheet protection, and controlled delivery. These reviews do not constitute certification or a complete assistive-technology audit.
Report a barrier or request an alternative format
Contact accessibility@richdirection.com and include the page or resource, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier, the assistive technology, browser, or device if comfortable sharing it, and the alternative format or assistance requested. Rich Direction will review reported barriers and seek a reasonable accessible alternative where appropriate. Response objective: We aim to respond within three business days.
Known limitations
Formal screen-reader testing, a complete browser and device matrix, a formal contrast audit, the Excel Accessibility Checker, and workbook testing with assistive technology remain incomplete. Dense amortization, state-data, and sensitivity tables may require horizontal scrolling or an alternative summary. Third-party provider interfaces may have limitations outside Rich Direction’s direct control and must be reviewed before activation or material changes.
