Refund and Digital Product Delivery Policy
Delivery, recovery, support, and refund-request information for Rich Direction digital products.
Digital delivery
Paid workbooks are delivered electronically through WooCommerce after successful payment. The order confirmation and receipt email provide the available download instructions. The 2025 Tax Estimate Workbook includes two downloads available for 30 days after purchase. Download the file promptly, store it securely, and confirm that the product year and software requirements shown on the product page match your needs.
Delivery or file problem
If an order is charged but the download is missing, inaccessible, duplicated, or technically defective, email support@richdirection.com with the order number and a description of the problem. Do not email payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, completed tax files, or other sensitive financial information. Rich Direction aims to respond within three business days.
Refund requests
Digital-product refund requests are reviewed individually based on the order, delivery and download status, product description, documented technical issue, duplicate charge, and applicable law. Approval is not guaranteed. Nothing in this policy limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the customer’s financial institution controls when the credit appears.
Product updates
A purchase includes the product and version identified on the product page and order. It does not include a future tax-year edition or continuing updates unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Rich Direction may provide corrections to a purchased file when appropriate.
